What happens if an item is unavailable?
We’ll make a close seasonal substitution and show it in your order note. If it’s not a sensible swap, we’ll leave it out rather than send something you didn’t ask for.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes — update it in your account before the weekly cut-off. We’ll confirm the next available route before charging your order.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is calculated at checkout for your route. Orders over $120 qualify for free delivery while the offer is running.
What should I do with the crate?
Leave the clean, folded crate out for your next delivery and we’ll collect it. Less waste, one good loop.
Keep it fresh when it arrives.
Leafy greens like a little moisture and a cool drawer. Root vegetables prefer dark and dry. Herbs are happiest with their stems in a glass of water, like a small bouquet.
